Both vessels delivered this time were built for Dynacom and named EVROS and ACHELOOS respectively, classed by Lloyd's Register. The vessel type has an overall length of 332.8 meters, a molded breadth of 60 meters, and a molded depth of 30 meters, with a service speed of 14.5 knots. It represents a new generation of green, energy-saving tankers, equipped with desulfurization and denitrification technology, with nitrogen oxide emissions meeting the highest-phase standards of the International Maritime Organization and carbon dioxide emissions fulfilling the Energy Efficiency Design Index (EEDI) Phase III requirements. Wang Lei, Deputy General Manager of Hengli Shipbuilding, noted that both vessels were completed and delivered three months ahead of schedule, a relatively rare achievement in the industry.

Dynacom is one of Hengli Heavy Industry's most important partners and one of the world's largest privately-owned tanker owners. To date, Dynacom has ordered over 40 multi-type bulk carriers and tankers at Hengli, of which 17 vessels have been delivered to high quality standards, with the remaining projects progressing in a rhythmical production flow and being delivered ahead of schedule with consistent quality.

In addition to Dynacom, Hengli Heavy Industry's client roster also includes top-tier global owners such as Seatankers, controlled by Norwegian shipping magnate John Fredriksen; Singapore's prominent owner Eastern Pacific Shipping (EPS); and Idan Ofer's Eastern Pacific Shipping, among other leading international shipowners.
